If you’re experiencing fatigue, brain fog and weight issues, your thyroid is likely underperforming.
Typically, the thyroid malfunctions because of underlying imbalances we unknowingly create through our diet and lifestyle.
When caramel latte on the way to work becomes your breakfast and Netflix is more important than sleep, when you’re burning the candle at both ends working hard and playing hard, you’re constantly emptying your batteries.
Add some toxins and infections into the mix and it’s only a matter of time till something gives in.
Often, our immune system gets overwhelmed and actually turns on the very thing it’s design to protect – your body. We call this autoimmunity and it’s estimated to be responsible for up to 90% of under-active thyroid cases.
The autoimmune condition leading to hypothyroidism is called Hashimoto’s disease aka Hashi.
It’s on the rise and it runs in families. It affects much more than your thyroid and you can’t just pop a pill to get rid of your symptoms.
It can’t be cured but it can certainly be managed. I live with it happily and symptom-free.

The help you need
To get rid of your symptoms for good, you must get to the bottom of the problem.
You must turn into a detective and identify all of your triggers and imbalances. Some are obvious, like that caramel latte instead of actual food for breakfast, others may require medical testing. Once identified, address them one by one to bust your symptoms.

My health story
I started experiencing symptoms in my 20s, I was diagnosed with under-active thyroid just before my 30th birthday (happy bday, right?) and I was put on medication. I kept struggling for another 5 years because I had no idea my condition was autoimmune. Once I understood what was really going on in my body, everything’s changed. I stopped feeling confused about what I needed to do to get better. I am now 40 years young , symptom-free, and I feel better than ever. My mission is to help you feel that way too!
